Proudly representing the corridor 29 region
Wisconsin Highway 29, commonly referred to as Corridor 29, is a major east–west transportation route, connecting key cities such as Eau Claire, Wausau, and Green Bay. Stretching over 300 miles from the Minnesota border to Lake Michigan, it serves as a critical economic artery for the region. The corridor plays a vital role in supporting manufacturing, agriculture, and logistics by providing an efficient route for the movement of goods and workforce connectivity between rural communities and urban centers. Over the years, much of Highway 29 has been expanded into a four-lane expressway, significantly improving safety, travel time, and reliability, making it a foundational driver of economic growth and regional development across northern Wisconsin.
Corridor 29 Partners brings together leaders across the Highway 29 Corridor to advance pro-business, pro-jobs policies in Madison. Working with both sides of the aisle, we advocate for smart investments in workforce, infrastructure, and industry to ensure the region remains competitive and positioned for growth. Our goal is straightforward: create the conditions for businesses to expand and communities to thrive.
